Rei Agro net rises 60.6%

New Delhi, Aug 1

Rei Agro Ltd, a major basmati rice processor, has reported a profit after tax of Rs 31.08 crore during the three months ended June 30, 2007, an increase of 60.6 per cent over the Rs 19.35 crore posted in the same period of last year. For the latest quarter, the company’s net sales amounted to Rs 309.16 crore, which was 31.3 per cent higher than the Rs 235.42 core for April-June 2006. – Our Bureau
