Mistral merges arm with itself

Our Bureau

Bangalore, Aug. 2 Bangalore-based Mistral Solutions announced today the amalgamation of its group companies Mistral Software and Mistral Solutions into Mistral Solutions.

“Because of its name, Mistral Software has always been perceived as a software services company. The name did not give complete credence to our hardware design capabilities or as a provider of complete end-to-end solutions. With the amalgamation, we will clearly express our business and expertise in the embedded domain as a provider of hardware and software design, system engineering, VAR and system integration services,” said Mr Anees Ahmed, CEO, Mistral Solutions, in a release.
