Mumbai, Aug. 2 Mr Anil Kumar Sardana, currently Executive Director of Tata Power Company, will assume charge as Managing Director of Tata Teleservices with effect from August 3, a notice from TPC to the exchanges said.

Tata Teleservices’ earlier Managing Director had been Mr Darryl Green, an expatriate.
