Mr Girish Kumar, Senior General Manager, Home Care Division, Dabur India, at the relaunch in Chennai on Thursday.
Our Bureau Chennai, Aug. 2 FMCG major Dabur India Ltd relaunched its Odomos range of mosquito repellents in the personal application category in Chennai today. “The brand has been relaunched after making the formulation more skin-friendly, even for infants,” said Mr Girish Kumar, Senior General Manager, Home Care Division of Dabur India. Elaborating on the new formula, he said the new Odomos masks the distinctive body odour that human skin emits so that the mosquito cannot detect the human being. And the new formula is not sticky and has a pleasant fragrance against its old image of being a strong-smelling, yellow cream. The Odomos personal application range is available in three formats — cream, gel and lotion. The Rs 2,233-crore company has a wide distribution network covering 1.5 million retail outlets across the country. It plans to break new TV commercials featuring the variants and benefits of Odomos next week.
