Think3 sets up shop in India

Pune, Aug. 5

Think3 Inc, an Italy-based software product development company, has launched its commercial operations in the country. It has appointed Adroitec as its national distributor and entered into a co-promotion partnership with Hewlett Packard India. Talking to Business Line, Mr Tom Davis, Director, International Sales, Think3 , said its 12-member sales and marketing teamwould be ramped up to 60 by the year-end. He said the company is targetting manufacturing , engineering and education verticals for the product. Mr. Tom said the company, which has its research and development centre in Bangalore, will establish 100-seat centre in Gurgaon in the next two months. He said the company was scouting for land in Pune to set up its third centre expected to come up by the end of the year.—
