Bangalore, Aug. 9

Nipuna Services Ltd, the BPO outfit of Satyam, has been certified at Capability Level 5, the highest rating according to the eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP). The certification was granted by IT Services Qualification Centre at Carnegie Mellon University. Nipuna was the first company to achieve eSCM Level 5, said the CEO, Mr Venkatesh Roddam. “The certification helps us to differentiate in the marketplace while enhancing our delivery capabil ities,” he said.
