Omaxe lists at 13% premium

Mumbai Aug 9 Real estate developer Omaxe Ltd listed at a 12.88 per cent premium on the BSE. The issue price was Rs 310. Opening at Rs 400, it hit a high of Rs 410 and a low of Rs 341.50 before closing at Rs 349.95. About 1.21 crore shares changed hands today.

At the NSE, the stock closed 12.69 per cent higher at Rs 349.35. It hit an intra-day high of Rs 448 and a low of Rs 341.40. The total traded quantity was about 2.94 crore shares.

Omaxe’s IPO was subscribed about 68 times. About 1.77 crore equity shares were offered in the price band of Rs. 265-310. The issue opened on July 17 and closed on July 20. Omaxe plans to ultilise the proceeds of the issue for payments related to land, repayment of loan and to fund the development and construction costs of some of its projects.
