Indiareit partners with Skyline for projects worth Rs 700 cr

Mumbai, Aug. 10 Real estate venture fund, Indiareit Fund Advisors, announced its interest in partnering Skyline Constructions & Holdings Pvt. Ltd., with an investment of Rs 225 crore on Wednesday. Indiareit manages a corpus of over $300 million.

The real estate company is developing 16 residential projects in Bangalore and one in Mysore. Consisting of over 2,300 residential units and totalling 3.5 million sq.ft., the projects are in Whitefield, Kanakapura, Road, Banerghatta and Old Madras Road. The estimated market value of the proposed projects is about Rs 700 crore.

Besides these projects, Indiareit would also support Skyline in its future endeavours in other cities such as Mangalore, Chennai and Kochi.
