The Hindu Business Line : TCS pact with Tata Realty

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd (TRIL) under which TRIL will develop properties on land owned/to be owned by TCS. The MoU covers eight properties located at Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Nagpur and Mangalore totalling about 380 acres, said a filing on the BSE. The properties will be developed in a phased manner over the next few years. The buil dings will be constructed and owned by TRIL (or by special purpose vehicles set up by TRIL) and will be leased to the company, the release added. —
