Patriotic rhythms: Music director A.R. Rehman with directors Kavita Myer and Bharat Bala, at the launch of the album, ‘Jana Gana Mana’, consisting exclusive rendering of the National Anthem, in Chennai on Saturday. With some of the big names of the music industry, ranging from D.K. Pattammal to S.P. Balasubrahmanyam and Balamuralikrishna to Lata Mangeshkar lending their voices, the album – a collection of 35 soundtracks – is a yet another venture from the Bharatbala-Rehman duo that came out with Vande Mataram in 1997.
