Lupin’s President-Finance

Mumbai, Aug. 13

Lupin Ltd has appointed Mr Ramesh Swaminathan as President (Finance and Planning). Mr Swaminathan was with Henkel, Germany where his responsibilities included being Regional Financial Controller for several countries across Central and Eastern Europe and West Asia, a note from Lupin said. Prior to that assignment, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Henkel India. Mr Swaminathan replaces Mr Indrajit Banerjee, who held the post over the last two years, but had left Lupin e arlier this year. —
