Consulting Industry & Economy - Human Resources States - Andhra Pradesh RRJ workshops focus on employee attitude
Our Bureau Hyderabad, Aug. 15 Inculcating a positive state of mind in a person or organisation to achieve success is the challenge they have taken up as their business now. Through a series of scientific workshops which address the attitude factor and combine a healthy food and exercise regimen, Hyderabad-based RRJ Business Empowerment is planning to bring more success to individuals and corporates. ‘Attitudinal Coach’
The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA), which manages the Hyderabad Ranji Trophy team, has appointed RRJ Business Empowerment as its ‘Attitudinal Coach’, a sort of first in Indian cricket history, said Mr Rama Reddy Jaggavarapu. ‘The Doctor of Mind’
Mr Rama Reddy has authored a book titled ‘The Doctor of Mind’, which captures the thinking on the subject of attitudinal intelligence development. Enabling consistency
Basically, “We impart the knowledge to shift one’s attitude from the present mindset to the most positive state of mind to obtain consistent results”, he told newspersons here recently. RRJ Business Empowerment has also pitched for the Attitudinal Coach post with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) recently. It aims to present the advantages of the approach to change attitudes to corporates as well, said Mr Ravi Mahadevan, who leads the workshops and training.
