Our Bureau Hyderabad, Aug. 16 Business technology services provider for enterprises, Salesforce.com, has announced it has implemented its technology suite to enhance customer relationship management for the Hyderabad-based Maytas Properties. With salesforce.com whenever a customer calls with an enquiry, any previous communication and real-time data can be accessed with a few clicks. ‘Enormous potential’
As demand continues to grow, it allows the company to provide more engaging customer interactions and increase sales staff productivity. In a statement on Thursday, the company said that there is enormous potential for property development in India with a rapidly maturing market. This calls for a well equipped system to meet the demands of discerning customers. In addition to customer management, Maytas plans to use other applications from salesforce.com that relate to expense and lead management to boost productivity. Maytas Properties in partnership with its sister company Maytas Infra Ltd is actively engaged in infrastructure development for the past 20 years and has so far completed works worth over Rs 3,000 crore.
