S-E Rly, CWC sign pact

Kolkata, Aug. 17

South Eastern Railway and Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) have signed an agreement for development of a new rail-side warehousing complex at Hatia Railway Station in Ranchi Division. The agreement was signed at South Eastern Railway headquarters, Garden Reach, says a press release. The project is expected to be completed by June next year. Railway freight customers will have the added facility to increase their traffic at the terminal, adds the release. —
