Educomp acquisition

New Delhi, Aug. 17

The Delhi based Educomp Solutions Ltd has acquired 51 per cent stake in AuthorGen Technologies Pvt Ltd. This investment will enable Educomp to consolidate its position on online tutoring by having access to key technology competence and student teacher marketplace models, according to release issued by the company. Authorgen’s portal Wiziq.com connects students and teachers from around the world. The platform is equipped with virtual classroom with audio-video communication capabilities and runs in any web browser and on any operating system.
