New Projects States - Kerala Dubex launches township project
Our Bureau Kochi, Aug 19 With plans to establish luxurious community living centres in different parts of Kerala, Dubex Ventures India Pvt Ltd, which is jointly promoted by a group of non-resident Indians and film actor Kunchacko Boban, has launched a satellite township project in Chalakkudy. Malayalam film star Mammootty launched the project on Friday and the township is expected to be ready by December next year, Mr K.A. Suresh Babu, Chairman, Dubex Ventures said. Dubex River Garden is projected to be an eco-friendly township on the banks of the Chalakkudy river. It comprises 60 waterfront villas spread over 15 acres. The villas would be set on individual plots of 8-12 cents and would have three or four bedrooms each. Facilities planned at the township include children’s play area, landscaped garden, boat jetty etc.
