Chennai, Aug. 23 Electro Constructions, a part of the Chennai-based Electro Group, has launched a leisure home community project, Little India.

According to a press release from Electro Constructions, the project coming up on 15 acre plot on the East Coast Road is aimed at buyers looking for homes outside the city limits. The project will have 40 aesthetically designed units in the range of Rs 10-15 lakh – affordable to most leisure home buyers. The amenities include landscaped gardens, swimming pool, club house and play area.

The project is to be completed in mid 2008, according to the release.

Electro Construction’s earlier holiday-home project, The Village, is fully sold and ready for delivery, the release said.
