Customer Relationship Management States - Andhra Pradesh Ford opens two service outlets in Hyderabad
Our Bureau Hyderabad, Aug. 23 Ford India today announced measures to further strengthen its customer care and after-sales initiatives to enhance ownership experience. As a part of this move, the company commissioned two new service outlets in Hyderabad (one at Bowenpally and the other at Tolichowki) and plans to add 20 more during the year. The General Manager, Customer Services Operations, Ford India, Mr P.K. Umashankar, said that the company has enhanced its presence in metros and some of the larger cities in the country and it now plans to lay thrust on tier-I and tier- II cities. Addressing a press conference, Mr Umashankar said that the two outlets were opened for increased access and high quality service to users of Ford cars. The effort is to provide hassle-free maintenance and support, which has been fully integrated with the company technology. These two service outlets would provide 30 additional work bays and enhance the capacity to service more than 75 vehicles a day over the existing capacity.
