ICSA India bags Indore firm order

New Delhi, Aug. 23

Embedded technology and electrical solutions provider ICSA India Ltd on Thursday said it has bagged Rs 18.60 crore orders from an Indore-based firm. Both the orders of Rs 16.80 crore and Rs 1.80 crore each were bagged from M.P. Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co Ltd, for design, manufacture, testing and supply of materials and construction of sub-stations, power lines in various locations of Ujjain Region, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company in a statement informed that its Board of Directors will meet on August 30 to consider the audited annual results of the financial year 2007 and final dividend, and consider splitting of stocks. Shares in the company closed 8.39 per cent down at Rs 1419.25 on the BSE. —
