Prajay shares to Deutsche Bank

Hyderabad, Aug. 24

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd, the Hyderabad-based realty company, has allotted 6,69,807 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up at a conversion price of Rs 208 per share to Deutsche Bank AG, London, a Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds holder. In a communication to the BSE, the company said that the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 23 okayed the move. —
