Executive Knowledge Lines, a magazine that aims to break down information overload into nickels and dimes, has brought out the 25th issue. At a commemorative function held in the city, Mr N. T. Nair, Chief Editor, EKL, said that while there was an urgent need for people to update themselves, most of them were at a loss as to where to look for information. He said EKL attempts to present in a nutshell news about the arrival of new trends. The sudden appearance of ‘dis ruptive technologies’ quite often unseats the existing systems or businesses, putting the present-day manager in a quandary. If he keeps himself updated on emerging trends, he might manage to stay afloat. –
