Gati pact with KIL shareholders

Hyderabad, Aug. 27

Gati Ltd has entered into share purchase agreement with the shareholders of Kausar India Ltd (KIL) for acquisition of 19.63 lakh shares of Rs 10 each comprising 52.96 of the latter's paid up equity share capital at a price of Rs 72.84 per share. KIL, a refrigerated logistics services company, is listed on the Delhi Stock Exchange and the Ludhiana Stock Exchange. The company will come out with open offer as per SEBI takeover regulations, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange.- Our Bureau
