Nettlinx set to buy US firm

Hyderabad, Aug. 28 Nettlinx Ltd, a Hyderabad-based technology company, is set to acquire Host Department Inc, a hosting services provider.

The board will meet on September 3 to finalise the acquisition, its Executive Director, Mr Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, told Business Line. However, he stated that the terms of the deal would be disclosed after the board meet. The company i s also in the process of pursuing two more acquisitions. Alongside, Nettlinx has informed that it has approved de-listing of equity shares from Hyderabad and Calcutta stock exchanges.
