Call rates steady

Mumbai, Aug. 28

The inter-bank call rates closed at 6.10-6.20 per cent on Tuesday, against the previous close of 6.10-6.15 per cent. In the first reverse repo auction, the Reserve Bank of India received and accepted 17 bids for Rs 25,355 crore. There was no repo bid. The CBLO market saw 426 trades aggregating Rs 32,469.45 crore in the 5.80-6.30 per cent range.
