HCL BPO appraised

New Delhi, Aug 30

HCL Technologies’ BPO services division has been appraised at People CMM Maturity Level 3 at its centre in Noida. “With this achievement, HCL BPO becomes the world’s first BPO organisation to have been successfully appraised at maturity level 3 of People CMM v2.0,” a company release said here. People CMM is a global structured approach for assessing and improving an organisation’s people practices. The People CMM was developed by Software Engi neering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, USA. The maturity levels as defined in People CMM institutionalise the level of capability for acquiring, managing, retaining, developing and engaging the talent within an organisation.
