Credit plan for Virudhunagar dist

Madurai, Sept. 3

The Annual credit plan for Virudhunagar district has been fixed at Rs 1,100.64 crore. Releasing the credit plan for Virudhunagar district at a monthly review meeting of bankers, the District Collector, Mr V.Chandrasekar, said that a sum of Rs 242.48 crore has been allotted for short term farm loans and Rs 126 crore for medium term loan. While non-farm industries have been allotted Rs 473 crore, the services sector has been allotted Rs 259.30 crore, the sources added. - Our Correspondent
