Subex bags 2 N. American contracts

Our Bureau

Bangalore, Sept. 3 Subex Azure has announced it has won two contracts for its telecom software in North America.

One is the company’s largest contract — a Tier-1 telecom operator will be using the Moneta revenue assurance product. The second is an installation of its Syndesis NetProvision automated service fulfilment solution for another top telecom operator as part of a national rollout of new virtual private networking services. Moneta ensures the health and vitality of a telecom operator’s revenues, while Syndesis NetProvision automates the design and activation of complex, application-aware connectivity services, enabling flow-through provisioning of next-generation data and IP offerings across multi-vendor, multi-technology networks.

Moneta will be used to audit and monitor inconsistencies in subscription and usage data, leakage of billable events, and data inaccuracies and inconsistencies for a range of value-added services being rolled out by the operator. The implementation also calls for expanded use of Moneta to be deployed to consumer and small business-related service offerings.
