MinVesta enters pact with Calsoft

Chennai, Sept. 6

MinVesta, the IT arm of staffing and human resources solutions provider Ma Foi Management Consultants, has entered into an alliance with California Software Co (Calsoft). According to a press release, the alliance will allow both companies to implement their products on each other’s clients through mutual referrals. Calsoft will deliver its solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics suite of products to MinVesta and its customers. MinVesta will have the opportunity to deliver its solutions for automating HR and staffing functions to Calsoft’s clients. This is expected to bring in additional revenues and market share for both companies, besides exposing them to new geographies, the release said. —
