Kluber, Voltas in distribution pact

Kluber Lubrication and Voltas Ltd announced an agreement on Friday, wherein the latter would be the sole distributor for two lubricant brands, Kluber Speciality Lubricants and OKS High Performance Lubricants, of the Germany-based Freudenberg Chemical Specialities Group to the spinning industry, with immediate effect.

Voltas has been selling Kluber Lubrication needle and Sinker oils to the Indian knitting industry for the past five years.

Mr K.R.V. Parameshwar, President and CEO, Kluber Lubrication India, said that the company expects the market for specialty lubrication products to be worth Rs 550-600 crore, and the demand for these products in the textile industry would be 10 per cent of this.
