Our Correspondent

Madurai, Sept. 9 Cellular service provider Hutch on Friday launched a call filter service countrywide that would allow subscribers to filter incoming calls by blocking specific numbers.

According to Mr Kumar Ramanathan, Operations Director, Hutch-Chennai and Tamil Nadu, subscribers can block unwanted calls and such callers would receive a message saying, “The Hutch subscriber you have called does not wish to receive your call right now, please try again later”.
