Visa premium card for HDFC Bank clients

Visa International has 58 million card holders in India and this customer base is growing at 45 per cent per annum.

Speaking to reporters here today, Visa International’s Country Manager, Mr Santanu Mukerjee, said, “We expect this growth to be sustained for the coming years.” Mr Mukerjee was speaking at the release of the premium HDFC Bank Visa Signature Cards.

HDFC Bank’s country head for Retail Services, Mr. Pralay Mondal said, the bank was offering a Rs 3 lakh credit limit on the new Signature Cards. HDFC’s Signature card also offered card holders benefits through the tie-ups with global partners, Mr Mondal said.
