ICICI sells 5.3% stake in Andhra Cement

Mumbai, Sept. 11

ICICI Bank Ltd has sold its 5.30 per cent stake in Andhra Cement Ltd thereby reducing its holding in the company to 0.35 per cent from 5.65 per cent. It sold 62,10,997 shares, according to the data available on the BSE.

Meanwhile, BLRP Mauritius Holdings I and BROMLP Mauritius Holdings II bought 4.27 per cent and 2.82 per cent stake in Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd, respectively. They bought 5,42,000 and 3,58,000 shares, respectively, according to the data available on the BSE. Kampani Finance Ltd has also bought 7.58 per cent stake in Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd. It bought 9,63,000 shares, according to BSE data.
