G. Naga Sridhar

Hyderabad, Sept. 12 Siva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM), a Hyderabad-based business school, has floated a joint venture for human resource consulting with the US-based Software Technology Services Global (STS Global).

The joint venture, Siva Sivani Global Centre for HR Excellence, would focus on recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) for corporate, domestic and global placements, HR consultancy and training, Mr K.S. Ramachandra Rao, Director, SSIM, told Business Line here.

“The centre will function as a HR BPO for multinationals in addition to taking up domestic placement services in a big way. We will leverage STS clientele in the US for tapping international HR pie,” Mr Rao, who is also Chief Operating Officer of the centre, said.

The centre would also take up other verticals such as market and financial research, business analysis. “We have sufficient headcount in these domains. While STS has over 500 professions, we will be having about 150 people working in Hyderabad soon,” he added.

The students would have access to domestic and global placement assistance as they would be automatically listed for placements, Mr Rao said.
