HDFC MF hikes stake in Zee News

Mumbai, Sept.13

Consolidated Securities Ltd has acquired 12.09 per cent stake in Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd. It bought 4,46,250 shares as per data available on the BSE.

HDFC Equity Fund has bought 2.95 per cent stake in Zee News Ltd thereby increasing its stake in the company to 4.84 per cent from 1.89 per cent. It bought 7,070,072 shares, according to the data on the BSE.

Virsun Investments Pvt Ltd bought 1.98 per cent stake in Polychem Ltd, increasing its stake from 15.25 per cent to 17.23 per cent in the company.

It acquired 8000 shares, according to the data .
