Stargate exits from India Cements

Mumbai, Sept. 17 Fraternity Plastofab Pvt Ltd sold 3.75 per cent stake in Neo Sack Ltd thereby reducing their holding from 8.61 per cent to 4.86 per cent. The company sold 3,24,212 shares, according to the data available on the BSE.

Stargate Investments Pvt Ltd sold their entire 2.64 per cent stake in India Cements Ltd. Before the sale they held 6886625 shares as per the BSE. Prince Holdings ( Madras ) Pvt Ltd. acquired 2.46 per cent stake in India Cements Ltd, they now hold 1,79,00,000 shares of the company. This has increased their stake in the company from 4.42 per cent to 6.88 per cent, according to BSE data.
