STC board to consider bonus issue

Coimbatore, Sept. 18

The State Trading Corporation today said its board of directors, at its meeting scheduled to be held on September 26, would consider the allotment of bonus shares. The meeting would consider the allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 subject to shareholders approval, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
