Call rates end lower

Mumbai, Sept. 19

The inter-bank call rates closed at 6.10-6.30 per cent on Wednesday against the previous close of 6.20-6.40 per cent. In the first reverse repo auction, under the Liquidity Adjustment Facility the Reserve Bank of India received and accepted seven bids for Rs 7,500 crore. There was no repo bid. The CBLO market saw 456 trades aggregating Rs 32,088.45 crore in the 5.97-6.30 per cent range.
