Mr K. Suresh Kurup, MP, declared Kottayam a complete banking district at a function organised by the zonal office of State Bank of Travancore, Kottayam. A memento on the occasion was handed over to Dr Sharmilla Mary Joseph, District Collector, by Mr K.P. Sugunan, District Panchayat President. Mr S.
