City Group launches phase II of Amanora Park Town

Pune Sept. 20 The Pune-based City Group, real estate promoter and developer, has announced the launch of Amanora Park Town phase II, the first integrated township in the State.

Mr Aniruddha Deshpande, Managing Director, City Corporation Ltd, said in the second phase new offerings such as Amanora Towers 15-17 2, 2.5 & 3 BHK, Amanora Towers 18-22 1 BHK and Amanora Towers 23-25 -Studio apartments, are personalised to individual needs.

In the second phase, 5.50 lakh sq ft of residential area is being developed. The second phase of new offerings i.e. Amanora Style, Amanora Classic and Studio apartments are personalised to individual needs, he said.

He said the studio apartment would have a dimension of 465 sq ft each and is targeted at the working students, bachelors, couples on the move and the elderly living alone. The Amanora Towers 15-17 would be available across 200 apartments in 14-20 towers with a choice of 2, 2.5, 3 bedroom luxury apartments. Amanora Towers 18-22 would be 1BHK residences, spread across buildings of 11 storeys each, spanning a total area of 570 sq ft of compact space. These are semi-furnished with consumer durables besides residential offerings, a commercial venture of 3 million sq ft known as Amanora Market City has been planned within the premises.

This will have hotel, office spaces, club, multiplex, showrooms and hypermarket, he added.
