ESPN scores on India-Pak match

New Delhi, Sept. 21 The latest audience research rating validates, yet again, the numero uno position of an India-Pakistan cricket in Indian entertainment.

According to TAM Media’s latest figures, for the week September 11 to 15, the India-Pakistan match on September 14 night, during the ongoing ICC World Twenty20 touched a peak of 15.2 TVR, with both the ESPN-STAR cricket channels garnering together almost half (47.2 per cent) of all channels shares during the time. The match scored an average rating of 12 TVR. While ESPN, which telecast the game with English commentary, contributed 26.7 per cent, STAR Cricket with its Hindi telecast contributed 20.5 per cent. A special Tamil feed on STAR Cricket in Tamil Nadu has also been introduced said the broadcaster in a statement.
