IPOs Marketing - Retailing Our Bureau Mumbai, Sept. 21 The IPO of Koutons Retail India Ltd, an integrated apparel and retail company, was subscribed 45.21 times on its last day. Against the issue size of 35.24 shares, 15.93 crore bids were received across the price band of Rs 370-Rs 415. The qualified institutional bids (QIB) portion was subscribed 5.83 times, the non-institutional investors bids were subscribed 2.17 times, the retail portion was subscribed 1.09 times, whereas the bids received from the employee reservation portion was subscribed 0.28 times. The company plans to raise around Rs 146 crore in order to fund its plans of setting up of exclusive brand outlets of the company. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
