GPS tools for BPOs

Bangalore, Sept. 23

Bangalore-based Arya Omnitalk launched GPS and GPRS products for the BPO industry last week. The firm is a joint venture promoted by the Lalbhai Group and the largest shipping agent J. M. Baxi Group. The range includes products for auto routing to ensure highest possible cab occupancy and GPRS-based fleet automation. Arya-Omnitalk products solutions are being used by leading players in the BPO, public transport, Police and new generation taxi operators. Its customers include IBM, Microsoft, One Source, BMTC, Mega Cabs and the Mumbai Police. - Our Bureau
