Yuvraj Singh

Mumbai, Sept. 24

Textile major Donear Industries Ltd roped in cricketer Yuvraj Singh as its brand ambassador to promote its range of suitings and shirtings. “Yuvraj Singh is an aggressive player, who fits in with our strategy to be aggressive in our future growth at this point and so we signed him up as a brand ambassador,” said Mr Ajay Agarwal, Executive Director.

“Donear is regarded as one of the top three well-known brands in India in its product category. It’s a sheer pleasure to be associated with a brand that is so old, so well-known and so acclaimed,” said Yuvraj Singh, on signing up as the brand ambassador. The Rs 161-crore company plans to launch its chain of retail stores in October this year. Currently, it is present in 20,000 multi-brand outlets across the country.
