Mergers & Acquisitions Tricom to buy Apex Documents Mumbai, Sept.24 Tricom India Ltd has signed an MoU to acquire assets of the US based Apex Documents Solutions—a provider of litigation support services for lawyers—for $2 million. The acquisition will augment the company’s sales in the US with the newly acquired on-site processing and support facility eliminating the distance and data confidentiality barriers, according to Mr Chetan Kothari, Managing Director. “While leveraging the network of Apex, the Company gains a distinctive advantage of local presence to reach out to the Law firms in the US, paving for greater business potential.” The Company expects to enter into a definitive agreement in the next two weeks.
