ICICI Prudential’s SMS helpline

Mumbai, Sept. 25

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has launched an SMS Helpline service for its policy holders. This service will help them receive instant updates on their policies through an SMS to 56767. Through this service, customers can now know the policy status, due date for paying premium, policy NAV and portfolio fund value. Policyholders can get these details by typing PST followed by space followed by their policy number and sending an SMS to 56767. Customers have to register the ir mobile number with ICICI Prudential to avail themselves of this service. —
