Bangalore, Sept. 26

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has informed the BSE that the members at the company’s AGM on Wednesday approved 50 per cent dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 on equity shares of Rs 5 each. It has also approved the re-appointment of Mr A.K. Dasgupta and Mr Rajiv Khaitan as directors and the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as the company’s auditors. It also okayed the increase in company’s authorised share capital from Rs 50 crore to Rs 52 cror e and consequential amendment of the capital clause of the MoA. Preferential issue of 58 lakh warrants convertible to equity shares to promoters/promoter group was also approved . –
