Bretco sells stake in Monsanto India

Mumbai, Sept. 26 Bretco Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd sold 3.47 per cent of its stake in Monsanto India Ltd thereby reducing their stake from 30.59 per cent to 27.12 per cent. Bretco Holdings sold 3 lakh shares.

Whereas, Monsanto Holdings Pvt Ltd acquired 3.47 per cent stake in Monsanto India Ltd.

This has increased their stake in the company from 23 per cent to 26.47 per cent. They acquired 3 lakh shares on Wednesday, as per the data available on the BSE.

Innovative Money Matters Pvt Ltd bought 2.6 lakh shares of Almondz Capital and Management Services Ltd.
