Cornell sells 42 lakh shares in FACOR

Mumbai, Sept. 27 Cornell Corporation today sold 42 lakh shares of its holding in FACOR Steels Ltd. With this, its stake has decreased from 29.77 per cent to 27.74 per cent as per data available on the BSE. TAD (Mauritius) Ltd sold its stake of 1.76 per cent in Alok Industries Ltd. They had 3 crore shares in the company, this has reduced its stake from 5.72 per cent to 3.96 per cent, according to the BSE data. Whereas, Fortune Buildprop Pvt Ltd opened its account in Intra Infotech Ltd by acquiring 1,02,05,000 shares today.
