New Delhi, Sep. 27 Somani Group, a Rs 2,000-crore business house with interests in steel, engineering, education and power, has announced a joint venture, Somani Ludowici, with Ludowici Mineral Processing Equipment PTY Ltd, an Australian mineral processing and material handling equipment company.

Ludowici will assist in the analysis of coal resources, washability assessment, design, supply, installation and commission on turn-key basis the coal preparation plants and material handling plant initially on build transfer basis.

The joint venture will provide a platform for marketing and promotional activities for the products and services being offered by Ludowici in addition to engineering procurement and construction support for the projects.
