State Bank of Patiala cuts home loan rates

New Delhi, Sept. 28 State Bank of Patiala has reduced interest rates on fresh housing loans from 11.25 per cent to 10.5 per cent (floating) for a period above 5 years and up to 20 years. It has also fully waived the processing fee on such housing loans.

On car loans, the interest rate has been lowered to 11.5 per cent (floating) for a period above 3 years and up to 5 years. The processing fee on car loans has been reduced to Rs 500. The bank would also offer free accident insurance cover on housing and car loans for 1 yearAll these offers are available for fresh loans sanctioned from September 15 to November 15.
